应中方投资人BITCC的邀请，德贝斯特(北京)物业管理有限公司首席执行官卢卡斯·芬克先生于5月31日出席了中国(北京)国际服务贸易交易会九环峰会，并发表以“从技术实力到竞争力—设施管理Knowhow的跨境交流”为题的主旨演讲。

演讲内容聚焦环境问题。作为国际化的设施服务供应商，德贝斯特一直致力于以自身技术优势，为环境保护及可持续发展做出贡献，用实际行动践行社会责任。例如，德贝斯特作为西门子房地资产集团的合作伙伴，积极助力于西门子（中国）有限公司发起的“中国室内空气质量”项目，旨在保护西门子员工远离空气污染的伤害。截至目前，德贝斯特已经为西门子在中国的约80个办公地点，配备了室内空气净化系统，超过8000名员工从中受益。视空气污染程度和技术可行性而定，整个室内空气质量项目将最终覆盖西门子在中国的超过100个工作场所。

DBEST- From Technology to Competitivity

At the invitation of its Chinese shareholder BITCC, the CEO of DBEST (Beijing) Facility Technology Management Co., Ltd., Mr. Lukas Funk, attended the summit of CIFTIS on 31st May in Beijing, and delivered the keynote speech entitled “From Technology to Competitivity – FM Knowhow Transfer across the Border”.

The speech focused on the environmental issues. As an international facility service provider, DBEST always strives to fulfill its social responsibility through its technical strengths, and to become a leader in climate protection & sustainability. E.g., to protect Siemens employees from the unhealthy effects of outdoor air-pollution, DBEST supported Siemens China in launching the “China Indoor Air Quality” project. Till now, DBEST as the general contractor of this project, has equipped air-purification systems for around 80 Siemens locations across China – with over 8,000 colleagues benefiting from it. And bearing in mind the ambient air pollution severity and the technical feasibility, the project will in future cover some 100 Siemens office buildings around China.

The audience responded enthusiastically and was especially impressed by DBEST’s German-style high-end technical solutions.
